I really did not think this product would work. I tried everything for my neck and my hooded eyes and nothing helps. I was excited to get mask. I mean, so far so good? I had it on for 3.5 hours and used the mouth/eye hole slots under my eyes and on my saggy chin. My face feels clean and tighter for sure. I tried to take photos throughout the process at different times. Some spots never dried due to overlapping the mask. I have sensitive skin and redness. I washed my face with water and used a Korean toner for redness beforehand. I'm 55 years old. Overall, I'm quite happy with how I look. I have very few lines, and those that I have are quite fine.
